SEG provides an Internal Reporting System available to everyone for reporting matters or activities that may constitute breaches of the Code of Conduct or the commission of serious or very serious administrative offences or criminal acts committed by SEG or its personnel in the course of their professional duties, in accordance with the material scope of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

The Internal Reporting System is a tool that allows for the confidential reporting of allegedly unlawful acts or breaches of the Code of Conduct, as well as any behaviors that are known to be misaligned with the corporate standards of conduct carried out by GRUPO SEG or its personnel in the course of their professional duties.
