THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING THE BUSINESS CODE OF CONDUCT (HEREINAFTER THE “CODE”) IS TO EFFECTIVELY EXTEND SEG’S CORE VALUES TO THE OTHER COMPANIES RECENTLY INCORPORATED INTO ITS GROUP. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CODE, THE SEG GROUP SHALL BE UNDERSTOOD TO INCLUDE THE PARENT COMPANY AND ALL SUBSIDIARY AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES IN WHICH SEG HOLDS MANAGEMENT CONTROL.

The SEG Group considers that committing to business ethics is absolutely essential to its activity, which should not be limited to strict compliance with the law, but should also extend to excellence in performance and adherence to a set of values and principles that must govern all of its actions.
THE SEG GROUP CODE IDENTIFIES THE STANDARD OF CONDUCT THAT ITS MEMBERS MUST OBSERVE IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND ACTIVITIES, SETTING OUT THE PRINCIPLES AND VALUES OF BUSINESS BEHAVIOR, AS WELL AS THE SEG GROUP’S EXPRESS AND PUBLIC COMMITMENT TO THEM.
The intended outcome of the Code is that its members and stakeholders—directors, employees, executives, collaborators, suppliers, advisors, and clients of the SEG Group (hereinafter collectively referred to as “SEG Group stakeholders”)—become familiar with it and commit to its content.

Since 2022, SEG Group has been a member of the United Nations Global Compact, establishing a strong commitment to the 10 universal principles on human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. As a result, our strategy is focused on contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This commitment has been formalized through the definition of a CSR Policy that sets out our principles of action in sustainability.
Compliance
SEG Group considers that committing to business ETHICS is absolutely essential to its activity, which should not be limited to strict compliance with the law, but should also extend to excellence in its conduct and adherence to a set of values and principles that must govern all of its actions.
The SEG Group Code of Conduct defines the behavior that its members must observe in their actions and business activities, setting out the principles and values of business conduct, as well as SEG Group’s explicit and public commitment to them.
In addition, it has established a Whistleblowing Channel as a tool for both employees and stakeholders to communicate with the organization on matters related to compliance.
SEG Group has a Compliance Committee, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, where any report received through the Whistleblowing Channel is reviewed with absolute confidentiality.
